We’re always looking for RAP students. That’s actually how Justin got his start, as a RAP student.” “We really enjoy training the next generation,” she concludes. “It’s really important to get kids interested in the trades. That’s a focus for our company, that’s also a focus for our local construction association. We want to help spread the word that it’s a very rewarding job, being a carpenter. It’s a trade that will never go away. People will always need houses and buildings to work in.
