Celebrate the good In addition to being a builder, Justin is also an inventor – which is important, because his capacity for invention has helped him be a lot more efficient and safe as a builder. For example, about seven years ago, he personally developed a proprietary estimation platform, which he credits with accelerating the company’s growth. “I spent probably twelve hours a day, five days straight just building up this platform,” he recalls. “I just went totally OCD on it until I got it completed.” “And it’s been wonderful,” he says. “The platform I built is just so comprehensive and robust. It’s very easy to use, it’s got a lot of fail safes in it, and it really helps our teams develop and transfer information really well as we coordinate our projects.
