A good balance Currently, Water and View Estates has four active development sites, including one new development in Cape George with 16 lots. Despite not yet having advertised those lots, many have already sold to past customers and their friends – as strong an indicator as any of the company’s customer satisfaction. “We have a lot of existing customers who say ‘If you have anything, please let me know, because we have friends.’ So in some cases, before we even go on the market, we’re preparing purchase and sales agreements. We’re selling to friends of past customers, or past customers who are making their second purchase with us.” Looking forward, the goal of Water and View Estates is to continue earning that kind of customer satisfaction, and to generally continue doing what they are doing.
