You want to know where to look. It’s important to have the right contacts, and that’s something really valuable we can offer our clients.” According to Steffen, many of the company’s relationships with local partners go back decades. They have been working with one excavation contractor, for example, ever since Steffen first came to the province in 1999. Other partners they have been working with almost as long. In a lot of cases, Steffen says they are working family businesses on the second or third generation, and Water and View Estates has been working with them long enough to see the business passed down.
