It’s going to be an absolute showstopper when we’re done.” The client on that project is Strashin Developments, a longstanding partner of V2R Group. Josh credits the project’s success to date to the closeness of the two firms. He says they work so well together because Strashin trusts them – they allow them to be creative, and incorporated innovative construction methods, as they know at the end of the process they are going to get a high-quality build. “They can rely on us to deliver quality, and that’s a big part of what they like about us,” Josh says. “They know they’re not going to have to go through an extensive deficiency list afterwards. There might be the odd little thing here and there, but they know they’re going to get good quality the first time. That’s why we get so much repeat business, not just from them but from every client we work with.” Moving forward, V2R Group’s goal is to first and foremost continue fostering that loyalty among existing clients – while they grow and add some new clients to the mix, so long as they don’t risk compromising their quality or customer service along the way. “There’s always room to grow so long as we don’t AUGUST 2024
