purchased his own second truck and started the ‘Gotta Go! Race Team.’ In 2023, Ken was even inducted to the Victory Speedways Hall of Fame. In recent years, Dynasty Bathrooms has also marketed their business in other unique and personal ways. Tina, for example, is passionate about working with dog and cat rescue organizations, and Dynasty Bathrooms now hosts two rescue events with a local organization annually. “In the spring we do something we call ‘Meowers and Showers.’” Tina explains. “I partner with local rescues and they bring in adoptable cats/kittens, with the expectation that they can find their forever home. In fall we do ‘Barks and Bathtubs’. We try to fill the bathtubs in the showrooms with treats and food for a dog rescue organization. We do sell showers and tubs, so why not? It’s fun.” Moving forward, Dynasty Bathrooms’ goal is to continue to stay connected to their community through innovative marketing initiatives and partnerships with locally-impactful organizations. They also intend to continue building on the foundation that Tina’s father first laid 40 years ago and get bigger and better as a company. In particular, they hope to keep expanding their market share among DIYers, smaller contractors, and smaller designers, as they believe they are a strong fit for those client types. “We’ve been building that market the past fourto-five years,” Tina says. “Because we can offer a more personalized service, we get the small guys with a team of one or two come in to our showroom with their customers. We can sell them the products directly, and they benefit because they get a bit better price and that personalized family-type service.” AUGUST 2024
