Bathrooms does their best to help their staff do their jobs efficiently and safely. As an example of that, Tina cites a new tool they added to their inventory: the iQ Saw, which they purchased in order to more efficiently install large format floorto-ceiling tiles. The panels they install can be 96 inches tall and the installers needed a machine that could cut the panels without cracking them – the iQ Saw was the answer. The iQ Saw also operates without water, making the site cleaner. Many of Dynasty Bathrooms’ team members are set up with training to assist them to be the best they can be at their jobs. They are provided with everything from forklift and first aid training to ongoing product training sessions and extra courses, such as aging in place/limited mobility courses.
