Paul further credits that client retention to the calibre of the company’s team, particularly their leadership team. That team includes Justin Trudel, business development manager, Shane Bisschops, project manager and estimator, Mark Sullivan, project manager and estimator, and Jeff Keuning, project administrator. Mark and Shane have been with the company for decades, Jeff has been there about three years, and Justin is a recent hire who came aboard to help lead the company into the future. “I’m not looking to retire, but I’m looking to step back a bit in the next couple of years. I’ve been doing this for a long time, so I think it’s time for me to start reaping the rewards I’ve been working so hard for,” Paul explains. “Justin is helping with that transition,” he adds. “We’re increasing our use of current technology and software’s to automate tasks and allow our experienced staff to focus on what they are good at while also aiming to increase our sales and diversifying our clientele.
