Sometimes it is hard to find people who understand the process fully, or the application of that process, Thomas admits. “We will have a meeting and say a certain detail needs to be done, and if we don’t have a tradesperson willing or able to tackle it, we will do it ourselves.” He gives as examples, the detailing of window boxes and the sealing of foundation to the walls where it goes from concrete to wood frame construction.
