These days, Hanava Homes works throughout the Fraser Valley, mostly on custom home builds on rural properties, as well as larger renovation work when time allows. Their projects are typically valued at $1.2 million or higher. Within that niche, Paul believes clients choose them for three main reasons: their personalized process, their detailed budget preparation, and the time and effort they invest in each build. “Our personalized process refers to our assistance with respect to design, energy management, home plotting on the actual building site, material selection, trade selection, and quality control,” he explains. “The customer is actively involved with important design, materials and trade decisions throughout the building process.” “The detailed budget preparation includes a complete breakdown of all foreseen costs that will be incurred to perform the custom build. Realistic budget figures are used to establish this estimate, so the customer is aware of what the project is going to cost from start to finish.
