Their current objective is to grow to the point where they are delivering between 250 and 300 units per year, and they want some of those units to be affordable housing units. Once they reach that milestone, Faaris says they will evaluate growing even more – but he says their ultimate vision has always been clear, and that vision has never involved growing for the sake of growing. “At the end of the day, what we want to do is make a positive impact,” he says. “We want to better the communities we work in.
