Planning for success Over the years, Parsi Development has formed some close-knit relationships with some key industry partners in the various markets in which they work. Moving forward, as they grow, they are looking to build more partnerships, but according to Faaris they are very selective about whom they work with: “All of the partners that we work with need to be trusted in the areas that they work,” he explains. “They need to have good work before; they need to be well-reputed.” “They also have to have a knack for thinking uniquely, for thinking outside the cookie cutter box,” he adds. “They have to be familiar and comfortable with unique projects and projects that need more TLC.” On Bona Vita, Faaris says they have formed some particularly successful relationships with partners who tick those boxes.
