With a main office in Kelowna, TKI Construction is a full-service building operation that supports commercial, institutional, light civil, and residential projects throughout British Columbia. The company’s “culture of quality” and a staff of motivated employees who are dedicated to seeing projects through to successful completion are hallmarks of the business. “Our people personally care about the projects. Our company cares about the outcome of our projects,” states Brandon Panopoulos, President of TKI Construction. “Because our people care so much, I think that comes across well to our clients, so they feel that confidence and comfort knowing that we’re going to get it done and if we say we’re going to do something, we’re actually going to do it. “We have a really good team of highly motivated individuals and I think it’s that care and the drive to push the project forward that sets us apart.” Since its inception in 2009, TKI Construction, according to Brandon, has “become a much more different company in the last six years with more professionals, more engineers, more structure.” After earning a Diploma of Technology for Building Engineering from BCIT in 2002, Brandon joined PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. where he worked as a project manager and estimator until 2010. During this time, he received his Gold Seal Certification as a General Contracting Project Manager. Brandon became a partner of TKI Construction in 2010 and eventually became the sole owner in 2017. Over the years, the company has worked on a variety of projects including tenant improvements, bank fit-ups, new builds, structural upgrades, and renovations. With projects ranging in NOVEMBER 2023
