The company has also built a reputation for their quality consistency – which is another one of the main reasons clients choose them, Taha believes. “That starts with training,” he says. “We work really closely with our manufacturers. Multiple times per year, we work with our manufacturers to conduct training for our staff on all of the products we’re going to be using and all the systems we’re going to be applying. We do that before we ever get on site. Then when we do get to site, we have technical reps from the manufacturers come and visit to make sure that our guys understood the training and they are applying the product correctly.” “Training never stops,” he adds. “It’s an ongoing process. That’s how we achieve our quality goals.” Almost all of of Noble Exteriors’ relationships with manufacturers are longstanding – many even go back to the beginning of the company, roughly 13 years ago. Taha says the relationships that have lasted are with the manufacturers that prioritize quality. He also says they like to work with manufacturers who do what they can to stay in front of industry trends.
