That’s why we love coming to work in the morning.” In particular, the company hopes to do more environmentally sustainable builds. One of their senior project managers is now a certified Net Zero designer and builder, so they are well positioned to win those jobs when they come up. They already have one customer who is “quite committed” to achieving Net Zero, and they are excited about working with him now. Lastly, Method Homes is also interested in continued growth. According to Chris, the company has “definitely been growing” over the last five years, and they have spent a lot of time building infrastructure and adding equipment in order to manage that growth. Chris says they intend to continue that investment. “I feel like we’re well set up to continue growing,” he concludes. “We definitely want to get larger. We don’t necessarily want to have a lot more employees, but we do want to grow our sales. We want to keep growing for the next three-to-four years, and then we’ll see where we’re at and figure out the next steps.” MAY 2023
