They primarily service the new home construction market and sell to builders, but they also service what they call the “retail market,” where they sell directly to owners doing their own renovations and remodels. Within the GTA, they sell directly to clients, while outside the GTA they work with associates who are typically exclusive distributors of AyA Kitchens. No matter where the client is in the US or Canada, however – and no matter who they are buying from – Dave believes they choose AyA Kitchens for the same reasons. In almost all cases, the company’s main point of difference is their ‘mass customization’ approach, and all the benefits that come with it: “Our product catalogue is much broader and much more robust than any of our competitors,” Dave says. “We offer an incomparable selection of colours, styles and accessories.
