Nirmal managed the company for over a decade, building the Azure brand on the quality of single family and subdivision projects. After 30 years of recognition and craftsmanship, Nirmal handed the reins over to his son, Navi, in the early 2000s. Since then, Navi has managed the family business with his wife, Gagan. The daughter of one of the first Indo-Canadian developers in BC, Gagan is one of the few female minority developers in the region. Azure Properties Group is now actively providing multifamily projects in over 10 cities throughout British Columbia.
