bars, and other services. It’s within a five-minute walk to what Harvey calls “the best rec facility in the city” and close to bike paths and the Elbow River. When it comes to their clients, Harvey says that quality is vital. “Everything we do is going to be above average, so we want architecture that is above average. Our quality will be above average. Everything we do will be top notch. We want to build high quality buildings. Buildings that the tenants will really enjoy living in. And, so we believe that model is the best model. We believe that the guys that want to buy apartments, they want to buy quality buildings. We’re catering to the groups that will eventually buy our buildings.” “I know the owners of most of these companies. For the most part, they want quality buildings. They want well designed buildings. They want buildings that have a lot of attention to detail. We’re totally trying to cater to the eventual customer that will buy our buildings.” Looking at the relationships the company has with contractors, Harvey says, “My development manager and my construction manager are a group that has been together for many, many years. They already have longterm relationships with the majority of the trades.
