He has also been involved in managing ministry approvals, utility connectivity and has a trusted network of subtrades, suppliers, and professionals. “All three of us came to the table with really good reputations in the construction industry, and we brought with us a lot of really strong professional and personal relationships,” Francesca explains. “We were also fortunate to join forces at a time when several of our excolleagues became developers. They had worked with us in the past at our past employers, so they knew what we’re capable of providing as expertise, they trusted us, and they gave us their work.” “Of course, we had to prove ourselves,” she adds. “That’s exactly what we did.
