That customizability – according to Mark Burnett, Project Manager – is one of Jannatec Technologies’ key points of difference. “Clients like working with us because we don’t just go to them and try to sell them a widget,” Mark explains. “Our goal is to understand our clients’ pain points and then to work with them and develop a solution that make sense for them. We want to understand their problem and then solve it.” “We can customize solutions and products depending on the situational needs of the client’s operation – because every operation is unique,” he adds. Marc Brunet, Sales Manager, believes that another reason clients gravitate to Jannatec is their “control of the equipment,” which comes from having their own in-house research, development, and manufacturing divisions. “We designed the solution from the ground-up, so we can freely make changes to it to meet their needs,” Marc explains. “If they want to change the background colour or language, we can do that.
