Even with our subcontractors, our suppliers, our tradespeople, they are part of the team. “Without our high-quality subcontractors, we would not be where we are today, just not a chance. Our team is all of us together – the five employees that work for Frontier specifically, but also all our trades and our suppliers, our subcontractors.” “What is important for our trades, and for us, is that we do a little bit extra to ensure that the next person or the next trade coming through the door can work effectively and efficiently. It’s those little things about how we work together that bring us all together. That’s the culture of us. We’re a team.” He says that most of their trades have been with them since the beginning. His due diligence in researching potential trades before hiring them has paid off. “Even before we use a subcontractor for the first time, we vet that person, or that company. We talk to some other people. We get some references. Who have these people worked with before?
