In fact, Giordano says, virtually all of their work is repeat business for the same roster of customers. “We pretty much get all our business from the same 25 clients,” he says. “We have for pretty much the last four years. That’s how we’ve grown. It’s the same clients using us over and over again.” Again, Giordano credits that loyalty to the company’s reliability and consistency: “I believe that when a client knows that Pacific Flo is on the job, they feel a sense of relief,” he says. “They know that hell or high water, we’ll get the job done. We’ll work Saturday and Sunday if we have to. We’ll send 10 guys in one day. And if a client is running behind schedule, they know that they can count on us to get us back on track.” Pacific Flo’s ability to work so quickly is in turn a true credit to their team members and their talent and dedication. Giordano says the company works hard to retain team members with those qualities. He believes the key to that goes back to the reason they founded the company, which was to provide a more supportive environment for technicians: “In our previous roles, we found that a lot of people weren’t getting the proper support and training that they needed and deserved,” he reiterates. “With Pacific Flo, from the getgo, we set out to change that narrative.
