Moving forward, Peter says his personal goal is to continue raising industry standards across the country however he can – whether it’s through advocacy with RenoMark and other industry bodies, or through the training and certification services that Premier Quality Renovations provides. As for his company, Peter says the vision is to continue doing what they are doing, and he intends to continue being personally involved in all facets. He has no intention of slowing down in the foreseeable future, as he gets so much enjoyment out of being on-site and working with his trades. “I love what I do. I get up in the morning seven days a week and I’m excited. It’s a passion for me – and I know that makes me lucky, I know work is not necessarily a passion for everybody. But I love it. I really enjoy it.” “I also enjoy the mentoring a lot,” he adds. “I love teaching, I love conveying information. I get a real high from taking someone who starts off with zero knowledge of the construction industry and helping them build their own home. That’s very satisfying to me.
