We have the right team in place.” As for the kind of work Snowdon Construction will be doing, TJ says they will continue to focus on larger-scale custom homes and renovations – and they hope the scale of those projects will get even bigger – but they will continue taking on other types of projects as well. Their commercial division is growing quickly as well. “We pride ourselves on being very well rounded,” TJ says. “Right now, in addition to custom homes and renovations, we’re doing tenant improvement projects, we’re doing large scale commercial renovations, and we’re doing some agricultural builds. We kind of do a little bit of everything, just because, A, we can, we have all the different skills we need in-house, and B, it keeps things interesting for our team.” “We want to keep things interesting,” he concludes. “We want to keep expanding.
