“Whenwe’re growing, we always look at our employees first,” he says. “A lot of our employees in senior roles now started with us in entry-level positions. They’ve grown with the company. That’s very rewarding for us. That’s what we love to see.” Moving forward, Yanik says that Morin Supply will continue to promote that internal growth as the company grows externally – and they are growing, he says, but they are growing carefully and in line with the growth of their clients. “It’s important that every move we make is well-considered,” he says. “We want to grow, but we never want to grow at the expense of our clients. It needs to be easy to do business with us. Everything we do is about that. Whatever we choose to do next, it’s going to be about servicing our clients to the next level.” As long as they can grow without compromising their relationships, Yanik lays out what he calls their “stretch goals”: “We want to expand our geographic area, we want to add new services, and we want to expand our client base,” he concludes. “We have a lot of experience and expertise that we can take advantage of. There are a lot of opportunities available to us.” OCTOBER 2022
