Michael believes Ford chose their group “because we gave them the comfort that we’d be able to deliver on time.” “It’s a complicated project,” he says, “but we’ve brought in some good professionals and a good contractor to help us get it done. I think that everyone is satisfied with our progress so far, and I think that shows what we’re capable of. It shows that we can put together a major facility for a major tenant.” Recently, Bertone has also been active closer to home, particularly in the residential sector. In Montréal, for example, they are in the midst of delivering a condominium project called ‘Sir John’ in District Langelier. That project comprises two phases, with 116 units of multi-residential units and 130 condominium units. The project is conveniently located only steps away from the Langelier metro station, at the corner of Sherbrooke Street East and Langelier Boulevard. The units feature large windows, nine-foot ceilings, quartz counters, and superior soundproofing and insulation. Shared spaces include an elevator, indoor garage, and roof terrace. ”That’s one of the largest residential projects we’ve completed to date,” Michael says. “It got off the ground right in the middle of COVID.
