Amanda says those relationships have been equally vital to the company’s longevityandsuccess. Again, she says the fact that they ultimately manage the properties they build has a beneficial effect on those relationships: “Because we’re the owner of our projects, we have the unique ability to work in a pretty meaningful way with our trade partners,” she explains. “We can leave a dollar on the table. We can be expeditious. We can avoid sacrificing quality.
