Again, Haydar credits the company’s rapid ascension to high-rises to a variety of contributing factors. In particular, he credits the company’s “growth mentality.” He says a drive to grow and get better is what powers all their actions – “it’s in the way we do things.” “That’s what sets us apart and makes us different. We bring a lot of energy to the table. We’re extremely motivated to succeed. We’re a young, dynamic and energetic group. We believe in providing the best service possible. That allows us to be successful. That allows us to build great relationships that go beyond the successful completion of each project.” Design Works Engineering doesn’t just build relationships with clients, Haydar clarifies. He says that when the company talks about relationships, they are also talking about their relationships with team members. “A lot of the credit for our success goes to our team for doing such great work,” he says. “Without them, there would not be this growth. Without them, there would not even be a company.” At the same time, Design Works does also build lasting relationships with clients. Haydar calls the company “very relationship-oriented.” “Our relationship with the client is at the core of every project. I think they recognize that and I think they like that.
