We’ll keep looking for good opportunities for land acquisition, we’ll keep picking up land for reasonable prices, and we’ll develop in locations and around amenities that make sense for tenants.” “The vacancy rate in our area is very low,” he adds. “We’re in the middle of a housing crunch that’s been on the go for the last four or five years. The demand is very strong. We want to do what we can to help. We want to keep building as long as we can keep renting. If we continue with our value proposition, where our prices are very competitive for the quality of product we offer, I expect we’ll stay successful.” “Our long-term goal is 1,000 units,” he concludes. “We’ll have 200 units this year and we should be close to 300 by the end of 2023.
