“We have a lot of longstanding relationships with companies and with people,” he sums up. “That includes everyone from employees to suppliers to subtrades, and even insurance providers, lawyers, and accountants. We have a really great network of connections.” Once again, that list also includes their customers. David reiterates that Arsenault Properties is “very, very, very tenant-focused.” “We care a lot about the experience we provide,” he says. “We care a lot about how clean we keep our properties and how quickly we respond to maintenance requests. We’re very involved and very responsive. We make sure that tenants get what they pay for and that they stay happy and content with the product we provide. That’s our most important relationship of all.” Moving forward, those are relationships that Arsenault Properties will continue to prioritize, even as they grow. And growth is definitely happening, David says. As previously mentioned, the company expects to have about 230 units coming online within the next three to four years. As part of that effort, they are currently building what David calls “a small street,” which will free up six apartment lots. They are calling that street Schooner Street. It includes two eight-unit buildings that were recently constructed, two more 24-unit apartment buildings still in development, and two future 42-unit apartment buildings.
