They can do different things.” On the topic of growth, Audric says that growth is happening across all divisions of the company. Within the next five years, the company’s goal is to have at least five forming projects on the go at all times, with contract values up to five times the size of their current contract values. Pinpoint also wants to increase their in-house development activity. That branch of the company is relatively new, and at the moment only has one project on the go. In the coming years, Audric sees that number greatly increasingly. Lastly, the company also plans to grow geographically. They are now looking at working in the United States, for example, and have recently been in talks for projects located in Seattle and Los Angeles. “We expect to have a US division up and running pretty soon,” Audric says. “We’re trying to grow the business by five times,” he adds. “That’s what we’re building towards. That’s the path we’re on. It’s just a matter of time, strategic planning and investment, and hopefully it all pays off.” NOVEMBER 2022
