As Tudor says, “the projects can be very different, the program can be different, and the result can be different – but our core values are always there.” “We’re always looking for that purpose,” he says. “We’re always looking at how we can do something relevant to our time.” Moving forward, Tudor says that the goal for KANVA is to keep on doing meaningful projects like those examples. That’s more important to them than growth. In fact, they have been bigger in the past and found that it didn’t work for them. “Right now we hover between 12 and 15 people,” he explains. “That’s a great number for us.
