This year they expect to deliver around 120 units, and they have about 700 more units in their pipeline that they plan to deliver over the next five years. “We want to keep developing,” Phil says. “We feel like we’ve opened some eyes with our last few projects. We’ve attracted the attention of some investors. We want to keep going down that path. We want to keep bringing new communities to the market.” “We’re all about providing value,” Jeff concludes. “That’s always been an important part of our business – we want to offer value to all of our stakeholders. Whether they are a trade, a customer, a vender, a supplier, or anyone we work with, we want to make sure they are getting good value for their dollar or for their effort.
