Another differentiating factor is the locations in which the company builds. Park View generally avoids the city and focuses on the surrounding areas and quaint villages so they can provide their customers with ample country lots in smaller communities, while still offering modern amenities such as high-speed internet. Over the past couple of years, that offering has been especially appealing, as the pandemic has pushed people away from offices and more towards working at home. Park View’s product is well suited for that purpose. Then there’s the quality of the company’s work, which is evidenced by the industry awards they have won.
