Room to grow In addition to building strong relationships with their clients, MODUS has also focused on building strong relationships in-house, with both their direct team as well as their extended team of suppliers and subcontractors. The latter group, Joe says “are central to the success of our business.” “It is incumbent upon us to have the best possible relationship we can with every one of our suppliers, especially with the global uncertainty over the past couple of years,” he says. “Without strong collaborative relationships with our partners we would be a much less effective company.” The same is true of their inhouse talent, Joe adds. He says “we have an amazing group of people at every level of the company, they really care about what we do, and they’re the ones driving us forward.” NOVEMBER 2022
