Sean credits that costefficiency, primarily, to the “large reach of our suppliers and subcontracting personnel.” At the same time, Sean also credits those suppliers and subcontractors with the company’sconsistentquality.He says that they have a proactive team of in-house supervisors and project managers that are very stringent and have very high standards, but the quality doesn’t start with them – it starts with the trades and with the building materials. You can’t have a good quality product, Sean says, without high quality materials and high quality installers. “To get good quality, you have to have good trades. We definitely have good trades.
