According to Steve, they always strive to come up with designs that are “higher-end” and “more energy-efficient. “They’re projects of tomorrow,” Steve says. “They’re not cookie cutter designs where all that matters is being cost-efficient.” “We’re not necessarily revolutionary,” he adds, “but we do our best with the capacity we have in order to make sure our designs are unique and we use as much new technology as possible. Our goal is to have projects that connect well with their communities and the people that live around.
