On the Quebec side, he says they have built a trusted roster of trades and suppliers, and they are currently in the process of replicating that success in Ontario. “We’ve been filtering the trades that work well with us and who share our philosophy from the trades who don’t,” Angus explains. “We’re looking for subs who take accountability and ownership of their work, who don’t need us to chase them down,” he adds. “That’s a key requirement for us.
