Daniel’s first contract was the construction of a residential houseofmore than3,500square feet. Between him and his employee, they did everything from the frame, to the roof, to the exterior finish, gypsum floor and interior carpentry. By selfperforming so much, Daniel was able to hire more employees and buy equipment in order to grow the company.
