Not falling behind As previously mentioned, Anchored Construction recently completed a $1.2 million custom home in Stratford, which until recently was their largest individual home project. They earned that job from an architect they originally worked with on a separate renovation. That previous renovation went so well that the architect later reached out to talk about the Stratford job. “That projectwas a collaboration between us, the architect, and the interior designer – who also happened to be the owner of the home,” Randy recalls. “It was our first time working on a full build with an architect and interior designer, and it was exciting to be involved with a build of that magnitude.” “It worked out really well,” he adds. “We were able to get in early and make some changes that the client really appreciated.
