The client they first framed that six-unit complex was an early example. A more recent example is a client they did a small project for early on. When that client found out the company was building spec homes, he reached out and said ‘Put my name on one. We’re ready to move.’ More significantly, Randy says that his company has also some strong relationships with a selection of local developers and architects. When those companies have new projects, Randy says they now usually approach Anchored Construction first. “They know that we’re more than fair when it comes to pricing, and they know that we’ll do what we can to help make the process easy,” he says. “I think that’s what they like about us.
