As previously mentioned, 8188 Yonge in Vaughan has started construction on site, while planning for construction on 105 Sheppard East in North York is underway. Bonnie says that both projects have been “extremely well received by their cities and communities,” and that sales have reflected that reception. 8188 Yonge, for example, is over 90 per cent sold out. Other current projects include ‘Summit, Lions Lookout’ – 175 townhouses and stacked townhouses in Huntsville – and ‘213 King St W’ – a 30-storey mixed use rental high-rise in the core of Hamilton’s Downtown.
