I would say we try approach it as a partnership.” Just as Wesmont continues to build strong relationships with its trades, it is also continuing to evolve to build even better relationships with clients. “What we have done is built a fullon service department. We brought on a service manager because we know how important is to service our customers and build that trust with them. We brought in software to help with management side of it. We walk through the home with clients, so that when they take over the home it is an interaction to build trust and a relationship,” adds Sean Tilstra. Developing its customer service department is just one step towards the future of Wesmont. Sean and Sydney Tilstra project that Wesmont will continue to grow while remaining dedicated to its community. “We want a fifty-fifty percent mercantile-industrial, new building, selling, and leasing” says Sean Tilstra. “The other side would be residential building.
