According to Abraham, that depth of experience is one of VHL Construction’s main points of difference, and one of the main reasons their clients choose them – no matter who they are, or what sector they work in. Another main reason, he adds, is the company’s consistently high level of customer service. Again, he says it doesn’t matter who the client is, or even how muchmoney they are spending. “A $500 job gets the same level of customer service that a $5 million job gets. We’re committed to providing good customer service every time.” Part of providing good customer service, Abraham believes, is being accountable. “We don’t blame others for our mistakes,” he says. “If something happens that’s our fault, we’ll bite the bullet and make it right. We won’t point fingers, we won’t make excuses. We’ll just fix it.” Another important part of servicing a client, Abraham adds, is being responsive. “Something that drives me crazy is when people don’t answer the phone, or don’t reply to emails, or say they’ll get back to you and not get back to you,” he explains. “I don’t want our clients to ever have that experience.
