Currently, they are working on fourprojects, ranging from7,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet, each of them unique and with high-end features that are specific to the needs and lifestyles of the client. The company also has some smaller projects in the works – they are building a 4,000-square-foot home in the Chapelle area, as well as two smaller spec homes, each of them at about 3,200 square feet in Cameron Heights. In the near future, Sunny’s plan is to create another massive show-home in the vein of the Araliya, the Sainaya, and the Anaya. He has just secured a 27,000 sq ft lot in “The Banks” at Keswick and is in the design phase of another build. “So it’s a busy time,” he says. “But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have other businesses with business partners, but Platinum Signature Homes is my baby. Building homes is what I live and breathe.” Looking forward
