At every stage, from the demolition, to the concrete pour, to the construction, to the interior finishing, they conduct regular quality checks to ensure the job is up to their high standards, and to maintain their industry-leading new garage warranty. “Everything is getting checked every single time,” Nicholas says. “And if something is not done correctly, we fix it.” Throughout the process, Premier Built Garages also handles all of the permitting and the inspection-scheduling, as well as all clean-up and touch-ups required. Their goal is to “take care of everything,” Nicholas reiterates, “to make it easy for the client, so they don’t have to sweat the details.”
