As part of the same project, they also re- constructed an old mechanic’s garage, converting it into a modern commercial space that is now being rented out to some satisfied tenants. Ethos also recently completed a project a little bit outside their typical area of operation, in Val-des-Monts, Quebec. There, they completed a substantial renovation to amodern lakeside cottage situated about 75 feet above the lake.
