Whenever there’s an issue, we’re able to come together and have a conversation and resolve things quickly and efficiently.” “I would say they care,” he adds. “They’re not only good at their craft or their trade, but they care about the work they’re doing.” Adam and Jennifer also spend a lot of time on-site personally, which further helps with quality control. They trust and rely on their subcontractors, but Adam says there’s no substitute for seeing something with our own eyes. “Because we’re on site pretty much every day, we’re able to catch certain details,” he explains. “We’re able to see things that we might be able to do better.
