AUGUST 2021 Moving forward, KCM’s goal is to continue doing what they are best at, which is building towers. They would like to grow, but they already work with some of the biggest developers in BC. According to Garry, making sure those clients are satisfied and properly serviced will take priority over adding new clients and expanding the company’s reach. One of KCM’s most frequent clients, forexample, isWestbank. In recent years, they worked together on several large-scale projects such as Horseshoe Bay, and they are about to work together on one of the largest retail developments in Canada. “We’ve established our niche in Western Canada as a premier constructor of high-rise towers,” Garry concludes. “That’s what we’re going to continue to focus on. That’s the role we’re going to keep playing.” “If our clients want us to work outside of BC, whether that’s in the U.S. or the eastern parts of Canada, then no problem – but there’s a lot happening here, enough to keep us busy for a long while.” Filling a niche
