All three founders were born in the Punjab and moved to Canada in the 1990s. They each worked as laborers in a drywall company before teaming up and forming Crystal Consulting (CCI) roughly 15 years ago. Today, CCI is one of the largest division 9 service providers in BC, if not all of Canada. They work with some of the largest developers in BC, and they have become well-recognized for their ability to meet budgets and schedules, no matter the size and complexity of the project. The idea for starting KCM came from CCI’s clients. They appreciated CCI’s integrity and ability to deliver so much that they approached the company owners to see if they could do more, to see if they could manage more of the trades and handle the entirety of the construction process. In 2015, KCM was formed to undertake the full scope of construction management and started with a couple smaller size multi-residential projects.
